Working once more with the D.C. based development team, Devereux Ventures, R. Michael Cross Design Group recently designed a three unit condo conversion in Columbia Heights. The architecture team modernized the home by transforming the interiors while maintaining the traditional massing of its front facade. The reimagined residence now consists of common storage and amenities areas, including a dog washing station in the existing basement and an additional story.
