R. Michael Cross Design Group was recently commissioned to design a 10,000 SF storage facility in northwest DC for Domaine Wine Storage & Appreciation, one of the largest wine storage companies in the nation. The latest location for this innovative company caters to wine enthusiasts of all sizes who lack the capacity to property store their fine wines. The new climate-controlled facility is comprised of hundreds of leasable lockers that securely store between 17 – 1700 cases of wine. The new design also includes a large common area to allow clients to entertain guests, socialize with other members, or privately enjoy their wines.
