Well qualified for this particular project, R. Michael Cross Design Group was commissioned to convert an existing structure into a 3-unit condo building. Each 1,200 SF unit was outfitted with unique private outdoor amenities and large open areas to maximize light flow. Working in collaboration with the developers, the architecture team transformed an ordinary building into alluring modern condominiums.
