LUXURY GREEN HOME IN RICHMOND, VA

This beautiful house is home to a pair of empty nesters that were eager to downsize their life and move back into the city. They found a gorgeous old home in the right location, but it needed a lot of work, and the small, dark rooms had them nervous about the move. We helped them transform this house into a bright, airy home that lives very large while making a very small footprint ecologically.
